Needs some updating , its a little slow with responding ! Also the check mark is useless the old notification worked better I believe the start of the engine sound. Being that it is cellular it needs a better response when trying to do commands. Please update ASAP !!

Just installed on my 2006 dodge magnum with a 5.7 hemi I live in Montana really nice to have my car warmed up before I go to work the alarm feature is handy just one less thing to worry about in the morning. Nice that I can run in the store leave my dog in the car while its running but yet car is still locked! But!!! What about up dates on what my cars doing when it shuts off or if didnt start? What about 3D Touch? For 6s users?

Update brought need to login every freaking time. Extremely difficult to tell if truck starts. Over PIA.

App shuts down when I try to edit time to start

Worked perfectly fine for a while, but recently the app demands log in every time I open it and says password incorrect. I have to change my password every time I want to log into the app. I get notifications that my alarm has been triggered, when it has not. These notifications result in my having to log back into the app, where Im told AGAIN that my log in info is incorrect, forcing me to change my password, once again. The frustration, its there. Cool idea, poorly executed.

POS never works. You get error 12 all day, every day. I came out to a cold car all winter. I spent over $500 for the starter and $179 for the subscription for the app. All money down the drain. DO NOT BUY. EVER.

Seems buggy when used with the Apple Watch. It may or may not do the command requested, but it restarts the watch app frequently when a command is requested. Also, map view is not fixed on Watch. It shows my vehicle is at Juniper Way?!? In fact its the same picture as shown above. Not a good feature if it doesnt actually tell me where my vehicle is. Please fix.

I updated my app and appworks a lot better and viper has not disappointed me yet Great update Great app i am completely satisfied with your services

Only starts half the times you use it!

After the update, the app keeps logging me out. This is highly annoying. Additionally, I have the same schedule set up and it keeps telling me that the weather temp is above 85 Degrees. Currently here in IA its barely 60 some days. Please fix.

Resolution in making

Keeps logging out. I can walk out and start the car with my key fast than the app will load on my watch. Get it together viper.

Great product however the speed and heading banner in the new update blocks the map and can not be turned off

It doesnt only keeps logging me out but also keeps telling me that my username/password are incorrect when theyre in fact correct. As of now is not working at all and not letting me to login. I keep getting the "login failed" message.

Keeps login me out. The reason why I got this is to be informed if my alarm has been triggered but how am I suppose to know if I am not even logged in. Fix this. I also would lie to get a text every time I or my alarm is switched off. Overall this app needs work.

Keeps login me out and username and password is invalid all the time . I have spend to much money on viper products for their app not to work . The company and brand is a joke , call their support team and see for yourself

It only starts sometimes. Theres always an error. You cant check the status of your car, so you cant tell if it turned on unless you look at the car.

I dont know why some people are having trouble with their systems. After a defective module was replaced a couple of years ago when it was first installed, it has worked beautifully. My iPhone SE and my wifes Galaxy S3 work great. Signed up for three years so Im good to go. I think its a great system.

If you enjoy watching a loading screen(on the Apple Watch)the this is an app for you. If it was possible Id rate this app negative 5 stars! App support is non existent. On the other-hand, app is just ok on phone. Ive had Smart Start on my car for 3 years and have had a few crashing problems on the phone in the past but not lately. One of the major reason Ive purchased the watch was to use this app. Disappointing!
