I enjoy using the app. The new update corrected the multiple log in.

Not sure why but every time I go to the dashboard on my app the app crashes. It loads slow. I never really get a chance to use the app to do what it is suppose to do because its slow. Plus the viper installed in my car has been a pain in the butt. Its not working correctly. Not sure if I need to upgrade or what but my experience so far has not been a good one.

Love getting alerts on my phone and on my watch. I have this installed on my work car. Is extremely convenient when out near my car and realize I needs to grab something and dont have my keys or key fob. The notifications are instantaneous. Great product and they are very responsive about their updates.

Very convenient with the app but it works 8 out of 10 times.. hopefully with time they can fix the issue..

The thing I love most about this app, is that I can access my vehicle from anywhere in the world, as long as I have internet. This is awesome, Ive been telling all my friends about it, great app!!!!!!

Beats RF remotes! A bit of a lag to execute commands but overall great. Recommend going with a wireless provider that provides better coverage. Still highly recommend though.

Using for 7 years I recommended 100%

This is the best gadget for my car ever I used to open and closed the door never miss but one day when I really left the keys inside the car gave me a really hard time to open

The app works great most of the time. The only problem I have is that sometimes the GPS is off and it wont give me the latest update so other than that its a great app

Love this app and easy to use.

Lately this app just opens then immediately closes. It also fails to show alerts. There are a number of times when it has failed to remote start.

BAD PRODUCT AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Local dealer installed viper smart start in my car. It stop working after few months, saying my account deactivated. I paid one year service fee so It should not stop working after few months. I tried to call customer service few times but no luck. I waited around 30 mins on line and got tired and I hang up. I sent several emails to customer service but no answer yet. They got their money so now I guess its my problem.

Ive been using this app since about the 1st week it was introduced. Its done pretty much everything Ive needed it to do. 2 things Id really appreciate (if possible) to add is proximity arm/disarm and a "Function" button to allow certain features like the key fobs. Great app DEI.

Takes forever to locate my car

This is a great app for controlling multiple vehicles in particular. I have it in three different rigs and it generally works well. Occasionally it will have a challenge connecting to a vehicle and completing a command, but repeated attempts usually results in a successful result in the end. I appreciate that we now have better response back reporting on vehicle status than the original provided. I would certainly buy again, and have two times. 8-)

So great to have this app. I can locate it from anywhere. I can remote start it, and unlock it when I lock my keys in it.

Works perfectly fine

This app is amazing. Had the smart start put in my Honda about two years ago and the app has been amazing. My key pucks are bad break easy but the phone has always been reliable even in different states. Let my sister us my car while I was away at training I would start it up on her to freak her out

I absolutely love my smart start! I works amazingly. The app is user friendly, this will go in every car I ever have!
